As a **Warehouse Operator**, you will be responsible for operating and adjusting equipment during receiving, cleaning, and drying stages, as well as performing quality control to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to the Unit’s production planning. Here, your dedication makes all the difference in maintaining our processes agile, safe, and of high quality! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate and adjust machines for receiving, cleaning, drying, and processing to meet the Unit’s requirements. * Manage inventory to accurately report product inflows and outflows, ensuring inventory control accuracy. * Collect samples for various analyses during processing and storage. When anomalies are detected, correct the process with a focus on safety, quality, and operational efficiency. * Clean and organize grain storage facilities to maintain the Unit in good condition. * Complete quality, quantity, and temperature control charts for grains throughout receiving, drying, processing, and repackaging operations. * Load grains according to loading orders, recording movements in the computerized system. * Perform grain receiving, verification, and control during harvest season, directing unloading locations and destinations for unloaded products. * Perform receiving, verification, and storage control of grains for commercialization purposes. * Conduct basic equipment maintenance and supervise services performed within your area of responsibility. * Operate forklifts and tractors for inventory movement or by-product disposal. * Lead your work team. * Manage the Area Owner role within your area. * Manage mapping for storage of raw and finished products. * Generate grain processing (beneficiamento) production reports. * Suggest process and equipment improvements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Knowledge of grain drying, classification, and storage processes; * Knowledge of inventory control; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Residing in Entre Rios is a plus. **Additional Information** Working here is much more than a job—it’s a complete experience of care and well-being!
