Key responsibilities: * Customer service and support; * Negotiation and follow-up on requests; * Receiving and verifying documents; * Updating information in the system; * Monitoring processes and approvals; * Supporting internal departments and maintaining customer relationships; * Organizing information and tracking pending items. Requirements: * Experience in commercial areas (sales and negotiation) — minimum of 2 years; * Completed high school education; * Ongoing or completed undergraduate degree is a plus; * Strong communication skills and interpersonal relationship abilities; * Organization, proactivity, and results orientation.
