We are experiencing strong growth and expansion — so, **SHALL WE GROW TOGETHER?** **Position for the following business unit:** The **Accounting Intern** is responsible for supporting budget planning and control activities, assisting in expense monitoring, preparing management reports, and analyzing performance indicators — aiming both at the student’s professional development and supporting management decision-making. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Record and classify expenses in ERP systems and spreadsheets. * Monitor contract due dates, payments, and obligations. * Assist in preparing management reports (e.g., Cash Flow Statement, Income Statement). * Support budget tracking (forecast vs. actual) and variance analysis. * Assist in account reconciliation and cost center analysis. * Help gather and consolidate performance indicators (KPIs). * Support the team during monthly closing routines. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Currently enrolled from the 6th semester onward in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. **Experience:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI tools * Interest in Accounting and Finance areas * Basic knowledge of financial mathematics and accounting fundamentals * Logical reasoning and numerical aptitude **Additional Information** **What we offer:** * Market-competitive internship stipend * Life insurance * Birthday day off * Wellhub (Gympass) * Transportation allowance or shuttle service **Note:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, onsite at Atacado Vila Nova headquarters in Poços de Caldas, MG (20\-30 weekly hours, to be coordinated with academic schedule) ### **Why join Grupo Vila Nova?** At **Grupo Vila Nova**, you’ll find more than just a job — you’ll find stability, development, and genuine growth opportunities.
