Participation in system go-live activities—including preparation, monitoring, and post-implementation support Experience configuring hospital systems Solid knowledge of end-to-end hospital process mapping, covering clinical, administrative, and financial areas Ability to understand business rules and translate them into system configurations Willingness to travel as required by project needs
