Billing and Receiving Assistant - Exclusive for PCD

**City:** Porto Franco**State:** Maranhão (BR\-MA)**Country:** Brazil (BR)**Job Number:** 42298 **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor the vehicle weighing process to control the flow of raw materials and other products entering and leaving, using available systems. * Perform final scale weight control, verifying excluded load/weight measurements and their reasons, ensuring analysis for recording and finalization of loads/weights. * Ensure that all branch cargo movements occur through the gatehouse and scale, following asset security procedures and standards. * Constantly analyze scale flow to ensure efficiency in truck loading or product unloading. * Direct the issuance flow of billing and weighing documents, ensuring compliance with company weight tolerance percentages. * Guarantee physical and fiscal material registration, following the GRC receiving process flow. * Coordinate operations with Transport (Logistics/Distribution), Sales, Administrative, Production, Quality, and Warehouse departments, ensuring weighing and issuance of fiscal documents for release of raw materials and finished products. * Control and analyze the fulfillment of the unit's billing activities by reviewing entries, checking orders, issuing invoices, processing entries, releasing outgoing product invoices, among others. * Analyze and perform billing of DTS, ensuring shipped volume matches billed volume, including verification of all related processes. * Be responsible for blocking unauthorized access by outsiders to process areas to prevent intentional product contamination. * Ensure product safety by performing activities guaranteeing contamination-free products (chemical, physical, or biological) using Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP knowledge (controlling PPROs and CCPs involved in activities). * Comply with company occupational safety regulations and perform activities according to established standards. **Requirements:** * High school diploma; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Availability to work rotating shifts: A 7:00 AM to 3:20 PM B 3:20 PM to 11:27 PM C 11:27 PM to 7:00 AM * Billing, scale, and inventory control experience is a plus. **Also check out our benefits:** * Medical and dental care; * Profit Sharing Program; * Meal allowance; * On-site meals; * Private pension plan (BungePrev with company contribution); * Life insurance; * Pharmacy discount program; * Childcare assistance (for female employees with children up to 5 years and 11 months); * "Count on us" Program – Personal guidance and support program for employees and dependents.
