Conducting training sessions and guiding employees **Job Description:** ---------------------- Prevent occupational accidents and diseases, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment; conduct inspections of facilities, equipment, and processes to identify hazards and propose improvements; deliver training and guide employees on safe practices, proper use of PPEs and collective protective equipment (CPEs), and emergency procedures; monitor, investigate, and register Work Accident Reports (CAT) when necessary; procure, manage, and distribute PPEs and CPEs; support and accompany the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA); manage and schedule periodic medical examinations; supervise third-party contractors and ensure compliance with mandatory programs (Risk Management Program - PGR, Occupational Health Program - PCMSO, Technical Report on Working Conditions - LTCAT, and Ergonomic Analysis); guide CIPA in planning and organizing the Internal Week for Accident Prevention (SIPAT); perform other duties related to the field. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety; Active registration required. **Desired Requirements:** -------------------------- Residing near the Business Park is a plus. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- YES **Benefits:** --------------- Afternoon snack.
