Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for conducting material testing, authorizing raw material unloading, monitoring equipment, and controlling inventory—ensuring product compliance and workplace organization. Organizing and ensuring safety in a concrete batching plant environment * Perform volume and moisture content tests on fine aggregates loaded onto trailers, adhering to specific procedures to verify proper performance during receipt of these materials. * Authorize raw material unloading in the yard and enter received invoices into the system (Excel/SAP). * Receive trailers by enforcing relevant safety procedures for truck drivers via checklists, aligned with daily scheduling and operational demands. * Evaluate materials for acceptance upon receipt using checklists, measuring cement temperature and sand moisture content through sampling; report evaluation results to authorize product release and notify the branch leader or Technology department if the product is non-compliant. * Monitor the receipt of cement, admixtures, and aggregates. * Monitor configurations and general conditions of equipment required for measurements. * Maintain all field-testing equipment in good working condition at all times. * Coordinate with the raw material requisition responsible person to organize and manage truck traffic flow within the batching plant. * Assess silo inventory according to branch demand, ensuring clear identification of silos and bays, maintaining inventory control, and reporting material availability to the branch leader. * Perform cleaning, tidying, and organizing tasks at the concrete batching plant as needed, always observing occupational safety procedures per the respective work instruction. **Responsibilities and Duties** Completed High School Education **Driver's License Category B** **Requirements and Qualifications** **Additional Information** At Votorantim Cimentos, caring well means caring completely.
