Inventory control and management of materials and medications Description: Mandatory: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy * Assess staffing needs and adjust personnel allocation according to the specific department requirements; * Develop vacation and leave schedules for the multidisciplinary team, ensuring compliance with existing regulations; * Follow guidance from management, Clinical Directorate, and Human Resources to ensure adherence to all regulations; * Encourage team members to pursue professional development through the Corporate University (UNI GNDI) and actively participate in continuing education training programs; * Actively participate in committees; * Attend operational, administrative, and medical directorate meetings when requested; * Record all relevant information regarding family meetings and defined patient care plans in the medical record; * Ensure fulfillment of medical prescriptions across departments, as well as management of inpatient complications and emergency care; * Assist and contribute to inventory control and accounting of items used by patients; * Participate in inventory audits, performing counts in accordance with the Inventory Policy guidelines; * Ensure weekly material and medication counts are conducted according to established standards; * Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor; * Contribute to hospital quality and accreditation programs per guidance from management and senior leadership; * Map processes within the area of responsibility, review documents and SLAs to ensure compliance and achievement of the company’s strategic objectives; * Develop, monitor, and disseminate performance indicators for the clinical care line under responsibility. 2511120202181073245
