Job Summary: Work as an Operations Analyst and Generalist HR Analyst, supporting personnel administration routines, clarifying inquiries, and assisting the team. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting the recruitment team and internal marketing initiatives Onsite Operations Analyst \- Generalist HR Analyst **Salary:** R$ 3\.206,10 **Work Schedule / Shift Rotation:** Monday to Friday – According to rotating shift schedule (No fixed schedule – 8 hours/day \+ 50% overtime pay for additional hours worked \+ 20% night shift allowance for night work) **Employment Type:** CLT (Probationary period: 45 \+ 45 days) **Work Location:** CD – SHOPEE \- \> Rodovia BR 491, Km 238, Varginha/MG \- 37030\-087 **Benefits:** **Meal Voucher (VR):** R$ 32.00/day, paid via Ifood card. **Deduction:** 10% of the total monthly amount. **Fuel Allowance:** R$ 400.00/month, paid directly into bank account. **Deduction:** R$ 5.00/month. Medical and Dental Assistance (AMIL). TotalPass **Responsibilities:** Monitor electronic timekeeping. Clarify questions regarding payroll and benefits. Conduct on\-boarding and in-person training for the team. Manage uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE). Support the recruitment team with inquiries about open positions. Perform routine personnel administration tasks. Serve as a Generalist HR professional across all areas. Implement internal marketing initiatives / celebratory campaigns. **Requirements:** Must have personal transportation. Generalist HR profile. Experience in personnel administration routines. Experience in the HR field. Flexibility to work across different shifts (morning/afternoon/night). Proficiency in Excel and online systems. **Preferred Qualification:** Experience managing employees in Distribution Centers (DC) / Logistics.
