We invite you to be part of something bigger. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Implement and promote Unilever’s Quality and Food Safety Policy. * Support allergen management: procedures, records, sampling, reporting, and submission of samples to external laboratories. * Conduct internal audits of the quality and food safety management system in accordance with FSSC 22000 and Unilever Guides, and carry out necessary follow-up actions. * Train employees on the Quality and Food Safety Policy, including HACCP, GMP, Food Defense, Food Fraud concepts, and various procedures. * Support and collaborate with interface areas (TIM, manufacturing, engineering, Inbound, SHE, R\&D, GO-to-Market Quality, Regional Quality, Maintenance, Distribution Center, UMS, etc.) and manufacturing on projects and daily operations. * Develop and review documents of the quality and food safety management system. * Support the review and validation of HACCP studies, as well as compliance with monitoring, verification, validation, and training activities for CCPs and PPROs. * Monitor the glass, rigid plastic, and similar materials program through inspection management, labeling, identification of improvements, and tracking of incidents. * Provide support ensuring compliance with reprocessing controls, including procedures, records, and parameters. * Participate in the factory cleaning and sanitization program, supporting area GMPs. * Support manufacturing in case of process non-conformities and their appropriate disposition, such as rework, waste flow, blocked material management, and other required analyses. * Support technicians and analysts in daily topics and required actions. * Support traceability processes and related follow-up actions and improvements when necessary. SHE * Ensure your area operates in compliance with Safety, Health, and Environment standards per Unilever requirements and applicable legislation; report conditions or acts falling below standards, including those of third parties. * Maintain your workplace clean and organized throughout your shift. * Perform tasks in accordance with procedures and work instructions under your responsibility, and comply with organizational policies, objectives, targets, and performance standards. * Use PPE according to the needs and work instructions of each area. * Participate in task risk assessments within your work area. * Participate in accident and incident investigations. * Participate in emergency preparedness plan drills. * Use environmental resources — such as water and energy — responsibly, and act consciously regarding generation and disposal of waste generated in your work. * Participate in the process of initiating risk assessments for non-routine activities.
