The main responsibilities of this role are: Conducting store inspections/audits efficiently, accurately, and reliably, analyzing characteristics and conditions of conservation/functionality of stores; Identifying and observing materials, finishes, furniture, and other items within the property; Recording collected information in detailed text along with photos to prepare inspection reports via a tablet application; Prerequisites: High school diploma (preferably technical education in Building Construction); Basic computer knowledge; CNPJ or MEI for issuing invoices as an individual; Android smartphone or tablet; Reside in Varginha and surrounding areas. 2511070202301284453
