We are looking for a **Predictive Inspection Technician I**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform predictive data collection (vibration, thermography, ultrasound, visual inspections) and operate monitoring instruments/software. * Record anomalies and prepare technical reports, supporting maintenance diagnostics and recommendations. * Organize and maintain up-to-date asset condition histories, ensuring traceability. * Report failures to the PCM/Maintenance team and generate maintenance work orders when necessary. * Follow safety, quality, and environmental standards, ensuring proper care of instruments. * Support continuous improvements in predictive plans using field data and suggestions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Completed Technical Course in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of predictive techniques (vibration, thermography, ultrasound, motor analysis). * Initial knowledge of PCM and maintenance tools. * Ability to read and interpret technical data. * Desired experience conducting predictive inspections on machinery. * Availability to work from Tuesday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 4:58 PM. **Additional Information** * Meal allowance: BRL 800. * On-site cafeteria offering breakfast and lunch. * Health insurance plan (Unimed or Hapvida). * Dental plan (Bradesco). * Life insurance. * Wellhub (Gympass). * Short-Term Incentive Plan (ICP). * Transportation allowance with 2% payroll deduction. * Partnership agreements with educational institutions for discounts on undergraduate and postgraduate courses. * Daycare allowance of BRL 300.00 per month, available to female employees with children up to 4 years old, limited to a maximum of 2 children within this age range. **CostaFoods Brasil: Minas Gerais Roots, Global Strength!** Founded in 1999 in the heart of Minas Gerais, in São Sebastião do Oeste, CostaFoods Brasil was born from the simple yet fertile soil of Brazil’s interior and grew with the purpose of taking Minas Gerais’ roots to inspire the world.
