Description: Mandatory: * Complete Elementary Education Desirable: * Experience in the role * Report (together with the Hospitality department and directly informing the local Manager (Supervision/Coordination/Engineer)) on maintenance needs for each type of durable goods; * Perform maintenance tasks, repairs and fixes on movable assets of hospital buildings, such as beds, stretchers, chairs, sofas, etc.; * Assist by providing support to specialized professionals in repairs of real estate assets, such as masonry, painting, plumbing and electrical services; * Always act in accordance with instructions from Managers (Coordinators, Supervisors and Engineers); * Use all provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) that is mandatory, and observe all necessary safety procedures; * Carry out other related activities as determined by the supervisor. 251029020253759456
