If you have not found a position matching your profile, please share your information and resume with our talent pool, indicating your areas of interest. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and implement procurement strategies for materials, services, and equipment; * Develop, qualify, and manage strategic suppliers, including Classes A, B, and C; * Lead quotation processes, perform technical and financial analysis of proposals, and issue purchase orders and contracts; * Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, payment terms, and short- and long-term contracts, including adjustments and inflation indices; * Prepare competitive analysis reports and support decision-making with Procurement leadership; * Consolidate procurement agreements and ensure alignment with budget, schedule, and quality requirements; * Conduct follow-up with suppliers and construction sites, managing conflicts, deadlines, payments, and potential contractual or fiscal discrepancies; * Support the development and revision of Procurement department policies and procedures; * Monitor departmental budget and develop management indicators and reports; * Conduct internal and external benchmarking, proposing continuous improvements; * Deliver training and guidance on departmental procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience in procurement and supply chain, preferably within the civil construction sector. * Knowledge of reading technical drawings and procurement processes for materials and services. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and integrated systems. * Experience in strategic negotiations and medium- to high-complexity contracts. **Additional Information** **Employment Model: PJ (Individual Contractor)** **Work Location: Pouso Alegre \- MG** **Working at Diase offers you:** ***Health*** * Life Insurance ***Quality of Life and Well\-Being*** * Totalpass (optional) ***Our Differentiators*** * Welcome Kit to make your first day truly special **In addition...** * PLR (Profit Sharing Program) aligned with pre\-established goals * Internal training program aligned with internal procedures We invite you to become part of a dynamic and talented team where you can develop your skills and advance professionally.
