Responsibilities and Duties * Prepare diets according to medical prescriptions; * Accurately identify meals based on each patient’s needs and preferences; * Perform cleaning and hygiene of the workplace and equipment; * Restock supplies as needed; * Prepare desserts and juices according to prescribed dietotherapy; * Sanitize thermal meal containers after meals; * Distribute meals and water to hospital wards; * Collect thermal trays from hospital wards and surgical centers; * Ensure good practices in food handling, portioning, and distribution; * Adhere to standardized procedures outlined in SOPs and the SND Good Practices Manual.
