Together, we continue enhancing our culture and reinforcing our commitment to nourishing your life. **Responsibilities and Duties** Remove pallets from vehicles/trucks Organize and group all pallets inside and outside the warehouse that require forklift use Select and transport stored products to the picking area, respecting product FIFO Unload, verify, and receive products requiring forklift use Assist in inventory counting Maintain equipment and company facilities, performing daily forklift maintenance check\-list Verify pallets using handheld scanners and assign locations in the WMS system Ensure individual and collective safety by using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when performing tasks Identify, develop, and implement process and documentation improvements as an integral part of daily work, actively contributing to cost and waste reduction for the company’s sustainability and continuous improvement **Requirements and Qualifications** What Vigor expects: • Completed High School • Driver’s License Category B • Forklift Operator Training – updated refresher course **Additional Information** Benefits: • Medical Assistance • Dental Assistance • Meal Allowance • Life Insurance • Welhub • Discount on factory store products • Productivity Program • Pharmacy Card • Profit Sharing (PLR) We believe our results come from our dedication!
