Responsible for administrative processes within an operation, controlling and developing processes related to movements, receipt and systemized dispatch of invoices and service orders according to defined quality standards. **Requirements and Responsibilities** ---------------------------------- What are the requirements? • Completed high school education Among your main responsibilities, you will find: 1\. Receive invoices and process them, register products, integrate information with other areas, receive Danfes, input invoices into the system, and separate printed copies. 1\. Fill out daily management reports. 1\. Schedule orders, check spreadsheets and daily incident reports, and keep area documents properly archived. 1\. Report internal and external discrepancies and follow up on their resolution. 1\. Generate monitoring, update the system, and report operational status. 1\. Compile data. 1\. Report and monitor performance indicators. 1\. Keep processes and indicators under operation mapped and updated. 1\.
