Job Summary: Grupo Seres and ID LOGISTIC are recruiting a Planning Assistant to support monitoring and sizing of loads, indicator monitoring, and verification of priorities. Key Highlights: 1. Execution of tasks according to SGI procedures and guidelines ***Grupo Seres, in partnership with ID LOGISTIC, is recruiting professionals for the PLANNING ASSISTANT position.*** **Requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Basic Office suite (especially Excel); * Familiarity with logistics management systems (WMS/TMS). **Responsibilities:** * Support load monitoring to ensure completion within the time frame defined by the customer, through indicator monitoring. * Assist in verifying priorities based on vehicle cube volume. * Support activity sizing based on available resources. * Comply with the Policy’s guidelines, objectives, targets, and other SGI definitions. * Execute tasks following defined operational procedures and controls. * Report any SGI non-conformities and understand the implications of failing to meet its requirements. * Be aware of significant environmental aspects and impacts, as well as unacceptable hazards and risks in their area. * Be informed about incidents and their investigations, exercising the right to refuse work in situations posing imminent danger. **Salary:** * Salary expectation **Working Hours:** * 2-days-on / 2-days-off shift – 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Work Location:** * Extrema/MG.
