Description

Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for managing logistics processes, from waybill generation and cargo verification to route optimization and external team monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Logistics optimization and organization of cargo and routes. 2. Support for exchange control and internal/external customer service. 3. Logistical monitoring and support for the external team. * Generate waybills, verify and adjust cargo to ensure distribution efficiency; * Organize cargo loading and route planning to optimize logistics; * Issue invoices and bills, ensuring compliance with specific requirements; * Support exchange control, internal/external customer service, and report preparation; * Monitor the external team, tracking working hours, routing, and scheduling to provide effective logistical support. WORK SCHEDULE * Monday to Friday, from 1 p.m. to 11 p.m.
