We are looking for a **Senior Usability Analyst** to join a product team responsible for evolving the user experience of our cloud services—from the self-service portal and management console to onboarding, provisioning, monitoring, and billing workflows. You will be a key player in ensuring that highly technical solutions are understandable, usable, and desirable for our customers, collaborating closely with Product Managers, engineers, cloud specialists, and other areas across the Magalu ecosystem. **Responsibilities:** * **Deeply understand the user** + Conduct user research (interviews, usability tests, quick surveys, usage analysis) with profiles including developers, IT teams, and business decision-makers. + Map user journeys and critical flows (onboarding, resource creation, cost management, security, support) and identify friction points and opportunities. + Translate needs from SMEs and corporate clients into clear product problems. * **Design end-to-end product experiences** + Create workflows, wireframes, and low- and high-fidelity prototypes for the Magalu Cloud console and other interfaces (web, and occasionally mobile/responsive). + Define interactions and microinteractions to make the cloud experience simpler and less intimidating for non-experts. + Work with in-house design system components and propose improvements aligned with Magalu’s digital identity. * **Collaborate with product and engineering teams** + Co-create solutions alongside PMs, tech leads, and engineers, participating in backlog prioritization and continuous discovery. + Detail interface specifications (layouts, states, rules) to ensure high-quality implementation. + Track delivery, review builds, collect feedback, and refine the experience in short cycles. * **Measure, learn, and iterate** + Formulate design hypotheses and experiments (A/B tests, comparative tests, lab prototypes). + Define and monitor UX success metrics (flow completion rate, task time, NPS/CSAT, reduction in support tickets, etc.). + Document learnings and share them across squads and departments (product, business, marketing, CX). **Required Qualifications:** *We’re seeking a mid-level professional with strong autonomy and openness to learning. Key points include:* * Prior experience as a **Product Designer / UX/UI Designer**, working on digital products (web/app), preferably within SaaS, platform, or B2B contexts. * Ability to lead the **end-to-end design process**: problem understanding, exploratory research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and refinement. * Hands-on experience with **design tools** (Figma or similar) and design systems. * Solid foundation in **UX** (information architecture, usability, complex workflows) and **UI** (layout, typography, visual hierarchy, states, basic accessibility). * Experience collaborating with agile product squads (Scrum, Kanban, or similar). * Strong communication skills, capable of **defending design decisions based on data, business context, and user impact**. * Analytical mindset, with curiosity to understand metrics and product impact. * Fluent Portuguese; technical English desirable for reading documentation and tools. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with **infrastructure or developer-focused technology products** (cloud, DevTools, APIs, data platforms, etc.). * Experience with **B2B products** or those targeting SMEs. * Experience in **UX research** (planning, execution, and analysis). * Familiarity with **information design** and data visualization (dashboards, monitoring, reporting). * Experience with **Design Ops** practices and contributions to design systems. * Basic knowledge of **cloud computing concepts** (compute, storage, database, networking, security, identity/access).
