




Main responsibilities * Supervision of the HR shared service center with impact across all units in Brazil * Oversight of the complete payroll and DP routine * Leadership of teams and projects with local, regional, and global scope * Identification and implementation of HR process improvements * Support to HR teams across Brazil's units * Reporting to the Latin America regional management Required qualifications * Solid experience in payroll and DP procedures, including calculations, accounting, labor charges, and financial provisions * In-depth knowledge of labor legislation * Experience in team leadership * General knowledge of HR routines and processes * Analytical skills and experience in developing and interpreting metrics, KPIs, and trends Desired qualifications * Project management experience * Experience using globalized HR systems * Previous generalist HR experience * Experience with Sênior system * Advanced English proficiency * Advanced Spanish proficiency Education * Postgraduate specialization in HR, labor legislation, or related fields * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields Employment type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1.00 - R$2.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance
