Job Summary: Professional to supervise construction projects related to public tenders, develop budgets and projects for construction and renovation works, and monitor physical and financial schedules. Physical and financial schedule monitoring Main responsibility: Supervision of tender-based construction projects; budget and construction/renovation project development; monitoring of the project's physical and financial schedule; preparation of budgets; and quantitative survey of equipment, materials, and services. On-site construction supervision in the state of Minas Gerais, with possible assignments in other states. Location: Varginha, MG A permanent employment contract is offered, plus benefits.
