Learn more at www.3coracoes.com **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform physical and documentary inspection of incoming coffee shipments to the warehouse, verifying compliance with invoices (number of bags, coffee type, origin); * Monitor coffee unloading into silos or designated areas, ensuring correct identification and collection of samples for quality analysis; * Ability to identify different coffee lots using labeling systems, barcodes, or other control methods to guarantee full traceability; * Ability to segregate coffee lots according to predefined criteria (quality, type, customer, certification) and direct them to appropriate storage locations; * Knowledge to perform or oversee coffee quality inspection, visually identifying defects, excessive moisture, or any non-conformity that may affect the product; * Experience in withdrawing coffee from storage to supply roasting, reprocessing, or bagging machines, ensuring the correct lot is processed; * Inspect all coffee lots leaving the warehouse, confirming that product and quantity match sales orders or transfer requests.
