Description: It is highly important that you have and/or know: * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree; * Affinity with fashion retail. Key responsibilities include: * Provide consulting services to stores as frequently as possible, guiding, training, and verifying the implementation of VM standards, OMS, and VM concepts (coordination, symmetry, aesthetic sense) using the 360° checklist; * Participate in store renovations and openings, delivering stores with excellence and in full compliance with VM concepts; * Analyze competitors; * Train store teams on VM; * Utilize VM tools (Stream and Yammer); * Update capacity data in the system; * Adhere to defined layouts and maintain correct capacity; * Stay updated and attuned to the fashion universe; * Equip the VM Operations Manager and Regional VM Supervisor with field information; * Deliver targets with quality and on schedule (VM implementation in stores); * Develop a schedule to ensure regular presence at stores under your responsibility; * Use and maintain all VM materials (equipment, mannequins, splash displays, peripherals, etc). 2512170202551922440
