Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies in logistics and operational processes. Analyze performance metrics and propose innovative solutions. Conduct workshops and training to promote a continuous improvement culture. Support audits and process governance, ensuring compliance and excellence. Serve as a technical reference for developing sustainable and scalable practices.
