Description Responsible for providing technical support, resolving IT issues, configuring and supporting printers, and performing analytical diagnostics. This is a full-time position and requires on-site presence. Activities Technical Support: Experience in delivering technical support in IT environments is required, providing 1st and 2nd level support with a focus on fast and effective resolution of user incidents and requests. Printer Support: Knowledge of configuration, preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as troubleshooting local and network printers is essential. Cameras and Routers: Experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of security cameras (CCTV/IP) and routers, including connectivity diagnostics and network security, is desirable. Servers: Basic knowledge of server environments (Windows/Linux), including remote access, permissions, shared resources, and service monitoring, will be considered an advantage. Analytical Skills: Must have logical reasoning and analytical ability to diagnose and resolve problems autonomously and efficiently. Advantageous Qualifications: Degree in Information Technology or related fields, along with knowledge of computer networks, TCP/IP protocols, and structured cabling.
