Join us and become part of a company that transforms ideas into protection and care for the world. **Position:** IT Assistant Provide technical support to users, diagnosing and resolving issues related to hardware, software, networks, and corporate systems, ensuring business continuity. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, servers, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment to prevent failures and minimize operational impact. * Assist in monitoring and managing network infrastructure, including structured cabling, Wi-Fi, switches, and routers, ensuring connectivity and security. * Assist in handling technical service requests, logging, tracking, and resolving issues within established deadlines, ensuring efficient user support. * Assist in implementing and enforcing information security policies, access controls, and backup procedures, protecting company data from loss and unauthorized access. * Install, configure, and update software and systems, ensuring compliance with the company's IT guidelines and policies. * Support the administration of servers, storage systems, and cloud services, ensuring their proper operation. * Train and guide users on best practices for using systems and tools, contributing to operational efficiency and digital security. * Participate in new IT projects, assisting in testing, deployment, and support phases, ensuring the success of the company's technological initiatives.
