Your main responsibilities will include: Actively prospecting properties for rental and sale—digitally (OLX, Facebook, and other channels) and in person (signage, contacting owners, doormen, building managers, and professional networks). Negotiating commercial terms with property owners. Formalizing the authorization agreement for listing. Taking photos, writing strategic property descriptions, and publishing listings in the CRM. ### **Prerequisites** To succeed in this role, you must have: Mandatory requirements: \- Basic Office suite proficiency \- Ability to use systems effectively What we expect from you: Organization and attention to detail.
