Job Summary: Ensure the safety and property protection of the Club by controlling access, monitoring areas, guiding people, performing simple maintenance tasks, and handling various service requests. Key Responsibilities: 1. Property surveillance and security of the Club 2. Access control and guidance of people 3. Camera monitoring and emergency response Safeguard Club property and conduct surveillance to prevent and report fires, thefts, unauthorized entry, and other anomalies; manage the flow of people by identifying, guiding, and directing them to their desired locations; monitor Club premises via video cameras; escort people and goods; perform simple on-site maintenance. * Greet and guide members, visitors, and suppliers, including information about operating hours and internal Club navigation. Control access for members, visitors, and suppliers by requesting identification and advising them on procedures outlined in the Club's bylaws. * Inspect vehicles entering the Club whenever necessary. * Observe people's movement and behavior. * Monitor and inspect internal Club image-recording media. Monitor Club-installed video cameras, recording necessary incident details (dates, times, identification of people and vehicles, etc.). * Record all incidents related to irregularities and violations of the Club's bylaws in designated forms. * Respond to emergencies and, when required, contact police, fire department, SAMU, CEMIG, COPASA, and other relevant agencies. Answer telephone calls and schedule barbecue grill usage outside reception operating hours. * Perform minor tasks such as: cleaning the work area and its surroundings, cafeteria and restrooms; turning streetlights and panels on/off; clearing drainage channels; refilling water jugs at the Secretariat and Reception; removing banners from the Club's entrance "outdoor" sign; garden irrigation; delivering messages, etc. * Receive, verify documentation, and route incoming goods and correspondence to the appropriate department. * Turn lights, luminaires, hydraulic pumps, and equipment on/off. Pay attention to improperly parked vehicles and contact owners for guidance and correction of violations. * Activate the Club's closing alert. * Safeguard Club property. * Request materials necessary to carry out assigned duties. * Administer first aid. * Report maintenance needs for any roads, buildings, or equipment within the Club to Operational Supervisors
