We encourage applications from Black individuals, persons with disabilities, LGBTQIAPN+ individuals, and people from diverse generations. \#VemSerTelemont. **Responsibilities and Duties** Manage team personnel by overseeing activities, aligning expectations, providing feedback, conducting training, approving and adjusting time records, evaluating performance, and performing other tasks to ensure team development and achievement of organizational objectives; Coordinate and supervise activity scheduling; Coordinate material, tool, and asset quantification and coding; Inspect and approve activities performed by teams under your responsibility; Analyze and monitor team productivity and performance; Handle material withdrawal and return with the client; Control material inflow and outflow; Perform material transfers and inspections between warehouses; Maintain minimum stock levels of materials; Restore basic and advanced configurations of microcomputers; Configure routers and modems; Ensure organization, cleanliness, and safety in the work area; Perform other tasks of similar nature, complexity level, and responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; OR a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the field. Desirable: 6 months of experience in the role. Basic Office suite; Advanced Excel; Knowledge of Urban Distribution Networks (RDU); Leadership training course and Electrotechnical Technician certification.
