This role involves monitoring key performance indicators, analyzing demand and movements, configuring data in SAP, and developing managerial reports to support decision-making. It also entails proactively identifying supply disruption risks and collaborating with internal departments to ensure integrated and accurate material flow.**Key responsibilities** Perform material planning and control (MRP), ensuring appropriate stock levels to meet production plans. * Monitor material performance indicators (inventory levels, accuracy, stockouts, turnover, coverage). * Conduct demand, consumption, and movement analyses using analytical tools. * Track purchase order processing and collaborate with departments such as Procurement, Planning, and Production. * Configure and maintain master data in SAP, ensuring data integrity and process compliance. * Develop managerial reports and Power BI dashboards to support decision-making. * Identify supply risks and take preventive actions to avoid stockouts. **Qualifications and skills** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Experience with SAP (MM/PP modules or equivalents). * Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and analytics. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (preferred). * Strong analytical capability and data-driven orientation. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and systemic understanding of the supply chain. * Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments. * Prior experience in Supply Chain, Materials Planning, or similar areas. * Knowledge of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools. * Experience in industrial environments or operations with high logistical complexity.
