Join us—become an **Everyminder!** **Responsibilities:** * Ensure business rules for features comply with the defined system architecture. * Translate solution designs into clear technical specifications for implementation. * Prevent understanding gaps among architecture, development, and business teams. * Write and detail technical solutions in user stories (technical criteria, approach, impacts, and dependencies). * Propose continuous improvements to architecture and development best practices. * Suggest enhancements to automated testing chains, CI/CD pipelines, peer reviews, and merge processes. * Ensure technical quality through rigorous code reviews. * Resolve code conflicts and provide technical support to the team. * Present validated technical solutions to the development team to ensure alignment. * Serve as the technical reference for complex decisions on the Salesforce platform. * Identify technical risks and propose mitigation plans. * Ensure adherence to platform best practices for performance, security, and governance. **Qualifications and Requirements:** * Experience developing on the Salesforce platform. * Proficiency in Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL. * Solid knowledge of Salesforce data modeling. * A consultative and proactive approach focused on Salesforce best practices. * Ability to develop and implement customized Salesforce solutions, with emphasis on system architecture and scalability. * Capability to design technical solutions ensuring compliance with client requirements and Salesforce best practices. * Clear and concise communication skills. * Technical leadership. * Salesforce certifications are a plus. * Technical English proficiency for reading documentation.
