Experience in managing legal service providers and budgetary control **Summary of Responsibilities:** The Senior Lawyer will be responsible for litigation management and conducting strategic legal activities for G Mining Ventures’ entities in South America. The role involves close collaboration with internal departments and external law firms to ensure proper handling of judicial and administrative proceedings, legal department budget management, governance of legal processes, and legal support to Human Resources and Procurement departments, as well as serving as the point of reference for legal and compliance training. **Key Activities:** * Manage external law firms in handling judicial proceedings and administrative processes; * Define strategies and lead sensitive judicial and administrative proceedings; * Participate in the selection and implementation of legal management systems; * Prepare managerial reports for litigation monitoring and control; * Manage the Legal Department’s budget; * Draft, review, and support approval of strategic contracts; * Provide legal support to Human Resources and Procurement departments, ensuring compliance with applicable labor legislation; * Develop and deliver legal and compliance training; * Draft and review procedural documents; * Conduct doctrinal and jurisprudential research. **Required Qualifications:** * Law degree; * Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); * 5–10 years of litigation experience, gained at mid- to large-sized law firms or corporations; * Proficiency in drafting and reviewing procedural documents; * Fluent English. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Specialization in Labor or Civil Procedural Law; * Experience in corporate environments with multidisciplinary interfaces; * Experience in managing legal service providers and budgetary control. **Additional Information:** * Work location: Belo Horizonte, hybrid work model. * Willingness to travel. **About the Company:** G Mining Ventures (GMIN) is a gold mining company focused on acquiring, developing, and operating precious metals projects.
