Opportunity to develop improvements and innovate We are looking for an **Electromechanical Technician (various hierarchical levels)** to work at a large-scale mining company, playing an essential role in equipment maintenance and reliability. In this role, you will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance, conducting diagnostics and repairs on mechanical and electromechanical equipment, interpreting technical drawings, and supporting team development — always adhering to the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence. We seek committed professionals with a proactive mindset, strong technical vision, and results-oriented focus to join a team that values innovation, safety, and continuous development. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective electromechanical maintenance on industrial machines and equipment. * Conduct inspections, fault diagnostics, repairs, component replacement, and functional testing. * Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, sketches, schematics, and technical specifications. * Record activities in the maintenance management system and prepare technical reports. * Participate in anomaly analysis, monitor maintenance scheduling, and implement work plans. Operate equipment such as aerial work platforms, hoists, and overhead cranes (when certified), supporting the maintenance team and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and 5S standards. * **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed high school.
