Requirements: * Solid knowledge of Oracle APEX * Basic knowledge of SQL (SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE) * Basic knowledge of PL/SQL * Experience with Oracle Database * Experience creating pages, forms, and reports in APEX * Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (desirable) * Basic understanding of business rules * Ability to fix bugs and implement minor improvements in existing systems
