Collaborate in creating relevant reports and support area governance **Description** --------------- The candidate will be responsible for: * Researching, identifying, and collecting information on leads across different markets and segments. * Qualifying leads according to criteria defined by the sales and commercial intelligence team. * Updating and organizing information in the CRM system and spreadsheets. * Conducting basic market analyses to identify business trends and opportunities. * Performing routine departmental tasks, such as updating briefings and generating regular monitoring and activity progress reports; * Collaborating in the creation of reports containing relevant information for internal teams. • Supporting governance of departmental routines, communication, and organization of strategic meetings and forums. **Qualifications** ------------------ * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Market Intelligence, Economics, or related fields. * Analytical ability and interest in working with data and analyses; * Adaptability to dynamic environments characterized by constant change; * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint); * Effective communication skills. * Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; * Proactive attitude with a results-oriented mindset; **Differentiators:** * Familiarity with CRM tools and Power BI; * Experience in the insurance industry; * English communication skills
