Development of technological solutions and process optimization **IT Manager** We are looking for an **IT Manager** to strategically lead the IT department, ensuring support, integration, and evolution of institutional systems. We seek a professional with a **minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT**, preferably within the healthcare sector. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and coordinate the Information Technology department, including technical staff, resources, and IT services; * Manage the datacenter, servers, computer network, information security, internet, e-mail, intranet, PACS, and telecommunications (E1 trunk lines and PABX); * Administer critical systems and processes, including ERP SoulMV (hospital management), MVPEP (electronic patient record), Protheus (HR and payroll), CMS Joomla, ITXML, and databases: ORACLE, SQL Server, and MySQL; * Plan, monitor, and manage risks related to technological resources and services, ensuring optimal usage and preventing unplanned outages; * Collect, analyze, and calculate statistics regarding data processing, storage, and traffic, forecasting future demands and planning resources to avoid overloads; * Develop technological solutions to automate and optimize operational processes, supporting management with centralized information and cost reduction; * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on systems, databases, servers, networks, information security (Linux Firewall and FortiGate), and telecommunications (data links and E1/PABX Panasonic trunk lines). * Lead, structure, and develop the IT team; * Support executive management in strategic technology-related decision-making. **Requirements** * Solid experience in IT management and technical team coordination; * Knowledge of datacenter administration, networking, information security, and telecommunications; * Experience with ERP systems, electronic health records, CMS, and the databases listed above; * Capability in planning, risk analysis, and forecasting technological demands; * Proactive profile, focused on process optimization and cost reduction; * IT management, information security, or database certifications are desirable.
