Job Summary: Responsible for operating safely and ensuring inventory quality and accuracy, as well as managing logistics and area organization. Key Highlights: 1. Safe operation in compliance with quality and safety standards 2. Inventory management, material receipt, and dispatch 3. Maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness * Ensure your area operates in accordance with Unilever’s and applicable legislation’s standards for Safety, Health, Environment, Quality, and UMS, and report conditions or acts below standard. • Provide raw materials and packaging to manufacturing, ensuring FIFO and FeFo control for items during requests. • Manage area KPIs together with area leadership. • Ensure correct material receipt according to purchase orders and physical verification (MIGO). • Request vehicle entry for unloading. • Collect packaging samples when requested by Quality Control. • Participate in cyclic, monthly, and annual inventories. • Process returns from manufacturing for Inbound. • Ensure inventory accuracy in MA warehouses. • Ensure shift handovers are properly documented and conducted with quality. • Conduct safety and quality dialogues in the areas. • Segregate blocked materials per instructions from the Quality department. • Receive materials for support areas when requested. • Inspect trailers and trucks prior to loading to prevent product contamination. • Clean and organize the warehouse, dispatch area, and equipment. • Complete forklift checklist. • Operate forklift.
