Job Summary: We are seeking a communicative, proactive, and analytical generalist HR professional to support Recruitment & Selection (R&S), Training & Development (T&D), payroll processing, and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. We seek a generalist HR professional experienced in executing R&S processes, T&D activities, submitting data for payroll and electronic timekeeping closure, managing vacation and hour bank records, requesting benefits, and monitoring and ensuring compliance with occupational medicine and safety procedures (e.g., periodic medical examinations, mandatory training, etc.). #### **Key Responsibilities:** * Submit data for payroll and electronic timekeeping closure; * Manage recruitment processes—from job requisition through completion of the new employee’s probationary period; * Coordinate and track training programs; * Administer vacation schedules, hour banks, various types of leave, and benefits packages; * Ensure implementation and compliance with occupational safety regulations at the unit; * Prepare monthly performance reports; * Monitor HR metrics to ensure achievement of planned targets; * Oversee departmental processes to guarantee adherence to required procedures and audit documentation. #### **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields; * Familiarity with RM Labore (TOTVS) system is desirable; * Intermediate-level Excel and PowerPoint proficiency. #### **Benefits:** Meal and Food Allowance; Mobility Allowance; Life Insurance; Total Pass (opt-in basis); Via Marconi Health Plan.
