Development and analysis of assets and organizational processes **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Participate in executing the commercialization strategy for products and services; Support the effectiveness and alignment of proposed actions, and monitor the implementation progress of such actions; Provide low-complexity operational/business support to the agribusiness sales department; Participate in identifying opportunities for new business; Support cooperatives in prospecting new members/partners; Analyze and develop assets, contracts, documents, tools, methods, processes, projects, resources, solutions, and systems applied in organizational activities and businesses; Contribute to official documents and communications involving the unit; Actively participate in internal and external events related to Agribusiness; Conduct rural visits **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Agricultural Sciences, Agronomy, or related fields; Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Basic knowledge of sales techniques; Previous experience in sales and customer service; Ability to communicate clearly and concisely (verbally and in writing); Teamwork skills; AMBIMA certification is a plus; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Experience in the agribusiness sector and knowledge of Rural Credit lines are advantageous; Willingness to travel; Driver’s license category B **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Gym allowance, Daycare allowance, Education allowance, Profit-sharing program, Private pension plan, Life insurance, Meal voucher
