Responsibilities: * Apply optical boxes; * Perform general external network maintenance; * Conduct network installation connections; * Verify direct and return circuits (OTDR); * Carry out network assembly and expansion activities; * Test at CTO; * Handle emergency cases to ensure signal and service quality; * Perform preventive maintenance; * Receive service orders (SO) and execute them in accordance with company policies, regulations, and procedures; * Keep PPE organized, clean, and stored in appropriate locations. * Maintain the network by performing tests and applying appropriate parameters; * Identify network faults and perform repairs, including part and equipment replacement when necessary; **Requirements:** * Valid Class B driver’s license; * Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team; * Experience in external telecommunications networks; * Availability for flexible working hours (including weekends) and travel.
