Response to requests from the Security Center **Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsible for advising the site security coordinator regarding site operational teams, conducting cargo audits, patrols, inspections, etc. Exercise control over assets (cargo materials, cabinets, key control, alarms, cameras, emergency doors), including related documentation; systematically inspect premises to prevent fraud and losses. Respond promptly to requests issued by the Security Center. **Benefits \- You will find here:** ------------------------------------------ * Medical Assistance (On-site clinic, no monthly fee, extended to dependents); * Dental Assistance (Employee plan fully covered by DHL with nationwide coverage); * Meal (On-site restaurant); * Transportation (Chartered bus); * PPR \- Annual Profit Sharing Plan; * Life Insurance; * Gympass (Network of accredited gyms); * Discount Club (Promotional discounts across various categories) **Requirements:** --------------- * Completed High School; * Experience in corporate security, including patrols, preventive activities, public interaction, and document verification; * Availability to work on a 6x2 (consecutive) shift schedule. **Main Responsibilities:** --------------------------------- * Ensure compliance with internal standards outlined in the DHL Master Plan and local property security manual; * Support discipline and organization to ensure inventory accuracy in operations; * Serve internal and external stakeholders (employees, visitors, contractors, suppliers) during access procedures; * Manage cabinet and departmental keys; * Verify proper use of ID badges and uniforms by all employees; * Prepare and submit departmental reports; * Control and issue access cards; * Insert, remove, and manage seals; * Conduct operational inspections, reporting damage to assets and stored goods, as well as verifying closure status of docks, ramps, evacuation routes, and access points; * Conduct cargo and process audits in operations; * Investigate internal site incidents using electronic resources (CCTV) and operational procedures; * Perform CCTV image audits and report all identified non-conformities.
