Description: * Technical education in Electrical, Electromechanical, Electro-Electronic, or Electro-Technical fields. * Reading and interpretation of machine manuals, schematics, and technical drawings. * Maintenance of electronic circuits and measuring instruments. * Soldering of electronic components. * Design of electrical circuit boards. * Good communication skills. * Teamwork. * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly and effectively. * Ability to analyze data and propose solutions to improve industrial processes. * Organization and attention to detail. * Strong logical reasoning. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Accurately complete documentation relevant to the role or department, including recording entries in notes and maintenance orders within SAP; quality assurance documents such as logbooks and systems; and TPM/SICP-related documents including anomaly reports and failure/breakdown records—ensuring legible and transparent recordkeeping. * Independently maintain equipment and workplace units in organized and good condition, ensuring conservation, organizing and controlling routine tools, and effectively communicating identified problems and opportunities. * Monitor production tests and projects, assist in verifying correct equipment operation according to new products and conditions, and signal equipment limitations—to ensure proper electro-electronic operation of equipment and peripherals. * Interpret electrical schematics and technical specifications using manufacturer-provided manuals and technical catalogs; draft and draw electrical diagrams using technical knowledge—to ensure acquisition or fabrication of correct components for optimal equipment performance and propose improvements. * Conduct routine inspections and high-complexity activities to guarantee and diagnose optimal operation of equipment and low- and medium-voltage electrical panels across industrial maintenance, utilities, and systems areas—ensuring scheduled tasks are completed to eliminate anomalies identified during inspections and proposing solutions and improvements. * Perform high-complexity preventive and corrective electro-electronic maintenance services and repairs on equipment, accessories, peripherals, cabins, electrical panels, network and communication systems, and aerial and underground electrical cabling. * Support and train Level I and Level II colleagues through on-the-job guidance and internal training sessions to transfer technical knowledge of the role and area—ensuring Level I and II staff develop readiness to assume higher-level positions in the future. * Propose technical improvements and solutions for equipment and facilities to ensure technical conditions and information required to meet KPIs for maintenance, production, and quality departments—and support the development and execution of electro-electronic machinery and facility projects by providing technical input. * Represent the maintenance team in meetings and related activities aligned with daily SICP (CIMED INTEGRATED PRODUCTION SYSTEM) routines or other management systems—presenting data and analyses, developing action plans, and reporting anomalies and breakdowns. * Complete problem analysis documents and anomaly identification reports related to equipment, and propose countermeasures to prevent recurrence—meeting fundamental requirements of current production systems (TPM, SICP, etc.), and ensuring OC (Observation Cards) and RNC (Non-Conformance Reports) actions are recorded in CIGED for tracking equipment-related incidents. 2512050202181034390
