If you're looking for an environment focused on technology and innovation, where continuous development is part of everyday life, this could be your opportunity! **Responsibilities and duties** * Plan, schedule, and lead production activities, ensuring goals are met according to established quality, cost, and safety standards, and guaranteeing product specifications compliance; * Guide, supervise, and instruct the team under responsibility, ensuring compliance with company regulations, work procedures, occupational health and safety, discipline, motivation, productivity, and quality of produced parts; * Support the Human Resources department by complying with rules and policies related to people management, conducting performance evaluations, participating in recruitment and selection processes, probation period assessments, and other related activities, aiming to achieve established goals; * Schedule vacation dates and employee shifts for overtime hours, balancing manpower to maintain production flow and maximize factory workforce productivity; * Fill out and analyze daily production reports – SFM and quality – identifying and prioritizing major production process disruptions to define corrective actions; * Identify causes of non-conformities and/or equipment anomalies, establish action plans, and address root causes to prevent recurrence; * Evaluate and dispose of non-conforming parts and components using specific forms, directing them to designated locations; * Coordinate with internal and external maintenance teams to schedule equipment repair downtimes, optimizing production flow and equipment lifespan; * Support the Technical Assistance department by producing requested items within established deadlines; * Keep immediate supervisors informed about critical department incidents and seek optimal solutions to avoid disruptions and drive improvements; * Conduct daily 5S audits with the team on production lines to identify improvement opportunities and process compliance; * Monitor internal and external audits, providing information to identify modification needs and take actions to obtain certifications; * Identify needs for changes in work methods or production processes, recommending necessary adjustments to prevent issues and increase productivity; * Check conditions of tools used and request purchases when necessary, following defined internal procedures. **Requirements and qualifications** * Technical degree in Mechanical or Electrical fields, or related areas; **Desirable:** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in production and knowledge of Quality tools may be differentials; * Intermediate level in Excel and Word. **Additional information** **OUR BENEFITS:** Medical insurance Dental insurance Pharmacy partnership Life insurance On-site cafeteria Shuttle service Alelo food voucher Education assistance for children Study incentive scholarship Family visit day Occupational physician Practical University Zero Absenteeism Program Wellhub (Gympass) ### **JOIN PRÁTICA AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE EVOLUTION OF THE FOOD INDUSTRY!** **At Prática, we create solutions that transform the daily operations of the food industry.
