Job Summary: Performs cleaning and maintenance services for surfaces, enclosed areas, and courtyards, with a focus on maintenance and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Machine maintenance and environmental organization Perform cleaning and maintenance services for surfaces (floors, walls, ceilings, windows, furniture, utensils, and machines – externally and de-energized), enclosed areas, and courtyards. Collect and segregate waste, dilute cleaning products, and perform all tasks using standard tools and operational procedures provided. 1\. Sort cleaning equipment, products, and materials; 2\. Assess the type of surface to be cleaned, degree of soiling, and type of dirt; 3\. Clean furniture and utensils, curtains, and blinds; 4\. Maintain machines under your responsibility in good working condition for service execution; 5\. Remove dirt, wash, sweep, wax, mop, dry surfaces, and vacuum dust from floors, walls, and ceilings in both enclosed and open areas; 6\. Restock disposables such as toilet paper, paper towels, cups, soaps, and sanitizing solutions; 7\. Clean glass and mirrors; 8\. Collect, package, and segregate waste according to generator group; 9\. Collect soiled linens and perform bed sheeting; 10\. Dilute cleaning products; 11\. Use diluted cleaning products via dispensers; 12\. Perform simple handling of small furniture; 13\. Monitor cleaning material consumption and request replenishment from the warehouse whenever necessary; 14\. Verify equipment conditions according to the client’s and/or Sodexo’s checklist before any activity and report any non-conformities to your immediate supervisor; 15\. Properly use manual tools and equipment, as well as mechanized, electric, or combustion-powered equipment per Standard Operating Procedures and applicable safety regulations; 16\. Carry out tasks per established work plans and technical instructions; 17\. Organize the environment, materials, and utensils after task completion and at the end of the workday; 18\. Report any irregularities found in the facilities of the workplace to your immediate supervisor; 19\. Perform related tasks; 20\. Participate in DDS (Safety Dialogue) together with the operations team and safety technicians; 21\. Be responsible for Health and Safety, and apply norms, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System. Requirements: Relevant work experience.
