If you seek an environment focused on technology and innovation, where continuous development is part of daily routine, this could be your opportunity! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Implement project improvements using specific *3D CAD software*, in accordance with the scope defined by the manager, aiming for maximum efficiency regarding functionality, assembly, safety, and cost, thereby delivering equipment that meets customer needs and organizational objectives; * Perform product modifications based on production observations or customer *feedback*, continuously improving performance, quality, and cost aspects; * Prepare and maintain up-to-date all technical documentation according to established standards whenever changes occur or new products are developed, ensuring all relevant departments receive necessary information for production and compliance with current legal regulations; * Research and qualify new suppliers via internet searches and in-person meetings, evaluating product quality to ensure optimal equipment quality and cost, per company policy; * Provide internal and external technical support to other company departments as needed, advising on equipment refurbishment, maintenance, and production to ensure equipment quality and proper functionality; * Monitor and assist throughout the prototype and pilot batch assembly process to ensure maximum project optimization and elimination of potential failures; * Update project schedules using project management software to ensure adherence to project deadlines; * Prepare daily activity reports using electronic spreadsheets to generate information for departmental coordination tracking; * Conduct frequent research and monitor competing brands to identify emerging technologies for project development; Perform other related tasks as directed and guided by the immediate supervisor. * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields. **Desirable** * Completed Technical Course in Mechanics; * Technical drawing reading and interpretation – Intermediate; * Knowledge of 3D design tools – Intermediate; * Project Management – Basic; * Standards and Regulations (Certification) – Basic; * English – Basic; * PLM – TeamCenter – Basic; * Thermodynamics / Heat Transfer – Basic; * General Mechanics / Mechanical Systems – Basic; * Quality Tools (Green Belt, FMEA, Tolerances, MASP-8D) – Basic; * Office Suite – Intermediate; * Reliability – Basic; * Value Engineering & Value Analysis (VE/VA) – Basic; * Machine Elements – Basic; * Metrology – Intermediate; * Mechanical Manufacturing Technology / Processes – Intermediate; * Brazilian National Driver’s License – Category B. **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS:** Medical Assistance Dental Assistance Pharmacy Partnership Life Insurance On-site Cafeteria Shuttle Service Alelo Meal Voucher Child Education Assistance Study Incentive Scholarship Family Visit Day Occupational Physician Practical University Zero Absenteeism Program Wellhub (Gympass) ### **JOIN PRÁTICA AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE EVOLUTION OF THE FOOD INDUSTRY!** **At Prática, we create solutions that transform the day-to-day operations of the food industry.
