Your responsibilities include: Supervising Distribution Center operations, ensuring accuracy, smooth workflow, and on-time delivery. Leading operational teams, developing people, and fostering a collaborative environment. Monitoring logistics KPIs (inventory, productivity, stockouts, FIFO, storage, shipping). Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and best logistics practices. Optimizing handling, storage, picking, and loading processes. Supporting demand, capacity, and resource planning for the DC. Implementing continuous improvements and promoting Arcor’s culture across the entire operation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Advanced Excel skills; * Experience in receiving, storage, routing, billing, and loading processes; * Flexible working hours; * Residence in Bragança Paulista/SP. **Additional Information** Ready to lead this journey with us?
