Your responsibilities will include: * Setting tables for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and/or events, arranging plates, cutlery, and other necessary utensils; * Attending to customers courteously and supporting their needs during service; * Cleaning tables and the dining area, contributing to organization and guest satisfaction; * Sanitizing and organizing the buffet, ensuring adequate supplies of utensils, timely food replenishment, and maintaining presentation standards throughout service; * Preparing and serving beverages, portions, and coffee according to standardized recipes or customer preferences; * Maintaining cleanliness, proper functioning, and preservation of equipment, utensils, and the workplace; * Monitoring beverage inventory and requesting restocking as needed; * Collecting and storing samples of prepared food in accordance with food safety procedures; * Adhering to quality and safety policies, following established Work Instructions and Procedures; * Performing other duties related to the position, as required by operational needs. 2511300202181766047
