Clarification of inquiries and registration of requests Job Description We are looking for professionals to work as Customer Relationship Representatives at CEMIG, providing direct support to the company's customers. The role involves receptive and/or in-person service, with a focus on excellence, courtesy, and efficiency in clarifying inquiries, registering requests, conducting negotiations, and providing guidance on electricity services. Responsibilities Provide customer service via telephone, in person, or through digital channels; Clarify inquiries regarding bills, consumption, disconnections and reconnections, duplicate bills, and other services offered by CEMIG; Register interactions in internal systems; Route requests to responsible departments when necessary; Meet quality targets, average handling time, and customer satisfaction goals. Requirements Completed high school education; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Basic computer literacy; Prior customer service experience is a plus.
