




**Description:** – Ensure that goods are verified, separated, and labeled in the appropriate locations; – Monitor and control pending volumes until they are dispatched; – Ensure that goods are shipped to their correct destinations; – Supervise and guide loading, unloading, collection, and delivery processes, either at the company or customer sites; – Assist the team to ensure goods are properly arranged and distributed in vehicles or storage areas; – Prevent losses to the company by performing cargo cubic measurement; – Contribute to operational safety by verifying and releasing trailer seals; – Control the outbound flow of goods from the company, correctly filling out shipping manifests; – Maintain electronic systems with up-to-date information; – Work as a team, performing other activities whenever necessary; – Provide objective and reliable information; – Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work environment. When working in Warehouses: – Perform physical and quantitative inspection of batches of materials received or to be shipped, comparing relevant documentation, confirming box label data via radio frequency scanner, identifying possible irregularities, to release them or forward for repackaging, following established procedures; – Prioritize and guide vehicle loading and unloading based on predetermined scheduling, instructing truck drivers and forklift operators on proper load organization; – Confirm material locations in inventory by monitoring the forklift operator, visiting locations, finding them, and scanning boxes using the radio frequency scanner, as well as locating lost boxes based on received instructions; – Produce photographic reports of container stuffing and loadings; – Check whether the external structure of containers has damages (punctures, dents, etc.); – Record and photograph the exact locations of observed damages on the container; – Register cargo quantity, and packaging condition (wet, dented, torn, or tipped); – Require forklift operators to store loads according to Operational Storage guidelines for palletized cargo and Big Bags; – Avoid leaving cargo obstructing circulation paths and emergency equipment; – Record all actions performed during the entire operation within the work shift; – Request the Loading and Unloading Assistant to stretch-wrap any open packages found during operations, or to prevent risk of future damage. Always close container doors, whether loaded or empty. After unloading or stuffing, verify if the container or workplace is in good hygiene and organizational condition. Request the Shift Operations Coordinator to complete the mandatory checklist for elevated work equipment before starting activities. Verify that cargo is always properly positioned (within the batch, no tipping risk, etc.).
